How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at valkonofficial@hotmail.com.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, email us and we will resend the confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order for a refund?
No. All Valkon products are made to order, so we do not offer refunds.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
No problem. You can exchange your item once for a different size, free of charge, within 14 days of delivery.
Do I need to return the original item when exchanging?
No, you don’t need to send the item back.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll send a free replacement.
How do I request an exchange?
