Can I return my order for a refund?
No. All Valkon products are made to order, so we do not offer refunds.

What if the size doesn’t fit?
No problem. You can exchange your item once for a different size, free of charge, within 14 days of delivery.

Do I need to return the original item when exchanging?
No, you don’t need to send the item back.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
